- Sponsored training of 15 welders during year 2014
- Sponsored training of 31 welders during year 2013
- Sponsored fees of 4 underprivileged students of YMCA Engineering college, Faridabad in 2008-09
- Sponsored fees of 3 underprivileged students of YMCA Engineering college, Faridabad in 2007-08
- Sponsored training of 5 welders in 2005-06
- Scholarship for 5 students for welder's course Shielded Metal Arc Welding in the Centre of Welding Excellence
